Your brand is how you have chosen to present yourself to your customers, and your competition. Companies spend a lot of money, time and resources on their brand. The colors they choose, the logo they have, how their stationary looks, the language they use to communicate. And they should. It’s important!
Don’t lose an opportunity to showcase your brand
But all too often, companies push aside their brand when it comes to the images of their people and their services. Suddenly, the technician in the image is wearing blue when the brand color is red, the smiling people in the image are in a lobby with architecture that looks like nothing in your region, the person in that image is wearing a lab coat—do they even have labs?
They introduce their website services page with a banner photograph of generic looking people, in another generic conference room, and nothing looks like their building or their people.
