“The Hayman team worked as partners throughout the entire project. They kept our team on schedule and were quick to help us navigate the areas where they were the subject matter experts. Our team was extremely pleased with all our final products. They transformed our new machine into beautiful marketing artwork, and took our technical information and created professional and attractive marketing materials.”
Kerry Woods, Sales Manager, PR Hoffman
When PR Hoffman introduced two new innovative lapping and polishing machines to their customers in the compound semiconductor, semiconductor, and electronic industries, they needed a way to get the word out.
The challenges in developing marketing and informational materials for PR Hoffman two new machines, the SSP-1619 and the RS-7600, ranged from logistical to conceptual. PR Hoffman wanted videos and brochures for each to accompany the roll out of the machine, which meant we were shooting video and still photography of yet-to-be completed products. Fortunately, Ryan’s years of experience working in the industrial sector meant he was able to think outside the box to get the shots we needed to represent the full capabilities of each machine, even though the engineers were still finalizing the automation components.
In addition, speaking to a highly technical audience to offer both empirical information as well as create excitement can be a challenging rhetorical feat. But with the right amount of research, interviews, and communication, our team put together videos and brochures for each that successfully told the stories of how these machines will revolutionize silicon carbide lapping and polishing.
An innovator in the lapping and polishing industry, PR Hoffman specializes in supporting customers who supply our cell phones and electric vehicles with silicon carbide semi-conductor components. Their new machines offer state-of-the-art technology to produce silicon carbide wafers in volume output and automation.
