The Studio Account Manager is the primary conduit between the client and the Studio team. From the initial client meeting and throughout the project, this person maintains regular communication with the client and the Studio team to ensure the project meets desired milestones, budget, and outcomes. In addition, they are responsible for documenting and sharing all project details, managing client expectations, addressing questions, concerns, and requests, troubleshooting as necessary, keeping the team on schedule, and ensuring a positive client experience.
The role is also critical to the Studio’s ongoing business development. A successful account manager will understand clients’ “big picture” goals and look for opportunities for the Studio to earn additional projects.
The right person for this position will be highly motivated, energetic, friendly, a great communicator, and extremely organized. Training and introductions will be provided.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
This position will have its own semi-open work station in our Studio at 100 E 4th Ave.
Due to the creative and collaborative nature of our work, this is an in-person position, though there is some flexibility for occasional remote work.
Co-travel with sales and management during regular business hours in support of general business as well as for special events or projects.
Overnight travel for this position is not expected, but may be required in the future.
This is a full-time, salaried position; it is not a commissioned position.
