Commercial Beverage Photography–York PA
We have a saying around the studio, “We take three things seriously around here, music, beer and sometimes photography.” So when we get to combine two of these things we get mighty excited. That’s what happened when we recently had the opportunity to shoot for Wyndridge Farms’ Crafty Cider.
The challenge of beverage photography and lighting glass always gets our juices flowing and we stayed late the night before the shoot to start our pre-light. It’s always our goal to work things out and have something to show the client when they walk in the door. Their time is valuable and we don’t like to waste it. When the art director showed up we were basically ready to wet the bottle and shoot.
If you’re curious, the cider is fantastic (of course we drank it after the shoot). Unlike a lot of ciders we’ve tried, Wyndridge Crafty Cider is not overly sweet. Instead it is crisp, refreshing and drinks like a champagne – and they use locally sourced apples (locally sourced is another thing we take seriously).
