Commercial Stainless has been a trusted name in custom fabrication since 1989, known for its craftsmanship in stainless steel, millwork, and solid surface fabrication. But while their work had evolved, their brand and website hadn’t kept pace, leaving them with an online image that didn’t reflect their innovation, scale, or professionalism.

They came to Hayman Creative Studio to change that.

The Challenge

Commercial Stainless had a strong reputation within the food service industry, but its digital presence suggested otherwise. Their old site was dated, difficult to navigate, and reinforced an outdated image. It lacked the polished visuals, modern design, and strategic storytelling needed to attract architects, consultants, and general contractors for large-scale, high-value projects.

Our goal was clear: transform Commercial Stainless’s online brand from basic and tired to sharp, current, and professional, positioning them as a national leader in high-end custom fabrication and installation.

The Strategy

We started with discovery, diving deep into their audience and differentiators. What stood out was their in-house project management and installation capabilities, a major advantage over competitors who outsource those steps. That insight shaped the entire website strategy.

Hayman Creative Studio redefined the brand tone and digital experience around craftsmanship, precision, and credibility.

The new site features:

  • High-end visuals — photography of completed projects, including a plan for ongoing photo shoots as each new project wraps.

  • Project gallery and testimonials — elevating trust and highlighting partnerships with industry consultants.

  • Streamlined navigation — guiding users through capabilities and industries served.

  • Careers integration — linking to their Breezy HR app for a seamless recruiting experience.

The Outcome

The new Commercial Stainless website (launching late 2025) will represent the company they’ve become. It will serve as a powerful marketing tool to attract larger, more complex projects, shift perception within the industry, and proudly showcase the brand’s craftsmanship for decades to come.
