Triple Sec Carrots
12 whole carrots, blanched
¼ c. honey
2 T. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. fresh grated ginger
2 T. Triple Sec
Preheat oven to 400˚.
Combine honey, orange juice, salt, ginger and Triple Sec.
Spread blanched carrots on a foiled baking sheet.
Brush with honey mixture and bake until tender (about 20 minutes), brushing carrots often.
Place carrots on baking platter.
Pour remaining sauce overtop.
