Here is a super easy way to dress up the usual cranberry relish. Please put the canned cranberries back on the shelf.
Fresh Cranberry Salad
2 cups fresh cranberries
2 oranges, peeled, seeded and cut into pieces
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
Extra toasted walnuts for garnish
Place cranberries and oranges into food processor.
Pulse until evenly chopped but not pureed.
Transfer to bowl and add brown sugar and ½ cup walnuts.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Sprinkle with extra walnuts to serve.
