Capturing an icon.

For 73 years, Hayman Studio has been a part of the York community. We have been in the fortunate position to observe and capture our beautiful City and the amazing people within it; watching businesses grow, helping companies succeed, and communicating PA’s entrepreneurial talent to the rest of the country.

When you take over the reins of a family business such as this, you have the occasional “pinch me” moments, of which shooting photography for the Yorktowne Hotel was one for Ryan Hayman.

If you know Ryan, you know he LOVES York.

If you haven’t been inside The Yorktowne Hotel by Hilton Tapestry Collection yet, scroll below to take a look.

Getting to document the renovations of our iconic hotel was the opportunity of a lifetime, I’m not sure any other photography assignment has or will top it. Congrats to Kim Hogerman, Jack Kay, and the huge list of York-lovers that made this possible.
