Onboarding with video.

Penn Waste came to us with a common problem we see in recruitment – they were getting candidates to fill positions, but their turnover rate was high.

We discussed several solutions and decided to create a series of videos that would provide a show and tell to incoming team members to give them a true sense of what the job is and requires. By presenting this series of videos to incoming team members during the onboarding process new hires got a real sense of what these positions require and could then decide if this was the right fit for them.

This process has saved Penn Waste both time and resources in recruitment and onboarding processes, and helped to decrease employee turnover.
