After more than five decades of lighting the way, Hanover Lantern came to us with a fresh challenge—and we were all ears. Like many manufacturers, they were grappling with the pace of modern marketing. Between production schedules and client commitments, who has time to reinvent their toolbox? That’s where we come in.
Their idea was strong: a sample box that could be distributed to lighting showrooms—tactile, tangible, and designed to show off the craftsmanship that sets Hanover Lantern apart. Our job was to elevate it into something that would not only impress – but sell.


The Hayman team got to work, combining strategic thinking with creative execution. Here’s how we made it happen:
- Refined the brand’s visual direction with a modern, moody aesthetic—bold, exclusive, and unmistakably premium.
- Designed a custom sample box that feels as elevated as the product it holds—one that sells the story and value before a word is spoken.
- Captured a full-location photoshoot to showcase Hanover Lantern fixtures in their natural (and most flattering) habitat.
- Produced an in-studio how to video to empower the sales team to use the box confidently and effectively.
