Lebanon, PA-based Laserfab has been providing quality laser cutting, metal bending, and other fabrication services to clients for two generations. Laserfab approached Hayman Studio in need of an updated website to showcase their quality and explain their services.

During our website project discovery phase, we identified that the website could also solve an ongoing issue for Laserfab – it could offer clients and Laserfab a better customer journey. To accomplish that, we included a customer process on the website: It taught customers how to prepare and deliver CAD and project files to Laserfab and reduced back-and-forth communication that had occurred when submitted files and specs were incomplete or needed to be reformatted.

Every website project at Hayman Studio includes a day of on-site photography and video to create new visual assets for the new website. Laserfab took advantage of this and now showcases their facility, team, and processes with beautiful new photography and video.

Not only is the client-facing side of the new website completely original and custom-designed for Laserfab, the WordPress backend was also custom designed for us based on our strategic needs. This custom backend and the training received by Hayman will make ongoing updates to the site easy and efficient for the me and my team.
