A new look for REACH.

Penn State REACH (Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health) is a national program administered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to reduce racial and ethnic health disparities. Penn State REACH is one of 31 REACH organizations nationwide. Their work is primarily in service of promoting healthy lifestyles and reducing health disparities among Hispanics through stronger community-clinical linkages.

2024 marked the second 5-year grant for REACH and our top priority was to create a new online home for the organization that would allow them to communicate and disseminate materials effectively and efficiently with the community and their stake holders.
