Trade shows are one of the few environments where your brand is experienced in real time with no filters or second chances. In a crowded hall filled with competitors, attention is earned in seconds. A well-designed booth doesn’t just attract that attention, it frames perception before a single conversation begins.

The strongest booths do more than look good. They communicate clearly, signal credibility, and create a sense of confidence in the people standing behind them. For companies operating in technical or industrial spaces, this is especially critical. If your booth feels dated or inconsistent, it raises questions. Following the rebrand of NRG Controls, extending the new visual identity into their trade show presence was a natural next step. The goal was simple: ensure that when NRG shows up in person, they present with the same level of professionalism and cohesion as their new brand and website.

Using the new visual ID, we designed a complete booth experience, including:

  • a 10-foot back wall graphic,
  • two pull-up banners,
  • a branded tablecloth, and
  • a custom podium

Messaging was carefully considered and applied across all pieces, reinforcing NRG’s capabilities while maintaining clarity and visual impact from a distance.

The result is a presence that feels structured, confident, and unmistakably aligned. Instead of blending into the background, NRG now shows up with intent, visually consistent, immediately recognizable, and positioned to engage the right conversations.
